STEP 1: PHONE CALL or SHORT QUESTIONNAIRE
Click to contact button below to get in touch or call me at 804/822-2653.
During our initial phone conversation, we will discuss your vision for your photoshoot. This is a chance for us to get to know each other a little and for me to answer any questions you might have before booking.
STEP 2: IN-PERSON CONSULTATION
I totally get it: the anticipation of being photographed can feel more similar to going for a teeth cleaning than a day of beauty and confidence! That's why I also call this step, "avoid a little overwhelm."
This step happens upon booking. Together we will plan your photo shoot and be sure I have a firm grasp on what you want out of your shoot and photographs. I promise you will quickly feel more comfortable and in control!
During this time you will have the opportunity to check out my studio wardrobe and see some of my most popular products. I will guide you every step of the way, helping you determine a style and wardrobe for your shoot that suits your style.
You will receive a follow up check list and tailored reading materials by email. This will all help us both be ready to capture the images we set out to create together.
Preferably this will happen in person at my studio, but in certain cases, we can communicate by phone, email and text.
STEP 3: PHOTOSHOOT
On the day of the photoshoot, a professional hair and makeup artist will give you a complete makeover that will take around an hour. I will then guide you through a series of flattering poses that will make you look beautiful and feel confident. Starting the moment you sit down in the styling chair to the last click of the shutter, the entire shoot will take approximately 4 hours.
We'll feel a wee spent when we're done, but client feedback tells me you'll recover quickly! Especially when you get a look in the mirror and remember how amazing you look. You may want to make a dinner reservation with someone special!!
STEP 4: REVEAL & ORDERING APPOINTMENT
A week or so later, you will return to the studio to choose your favorite photographs and decide which products you would like to purchase. How many images you decide to buy is totally up to you.
